Description:
Maintenance of lighting owned by the City

The subject of the contract is the maintenance of lighting owned by the City. The urban lighting owned by the Municipality covered by the service includes 2,224 lighting points along with the entire infrastructure belonging to the lighting network, m.in. lighting cabinets, luminaires, connectors, wiring, earthing, columns, foundations made of poles, all control and security equipment, illumination of benches, buildings – in accordance with the list attached to the SWZ. Periodic inspection of the city-owned street lighting network should take place by the end of October 2023.

Material scope of the contract: - ongoing maintenance and maintenance of external lighting in Rybnik in accordance with the attached list of light points covered by the order, - maintaining the illumination of light points in an amount of not less than 100% of the total, - starting to remove lighting failures (maximum response time to the notification) in no more than 1.5 hours, - replacement of damaged light sources, luminaires, protections and all other elements of accessories lighting of the cable network, - ongoing repairs of lighting cabinets, adjustment of lighting control devices, - location of damage and repair of damaged cables and wires, - drilling under roads (damaged wiring under the roadway), - replacement of damaged doors, fuse plates, clamps and other elements of poles, street lighting cabinets, - verticalization of poles, - sticking damaged warning stickers on poles, - ensuring aesthetic insight of lighting devices, i.e. clean lampshades and reflectors, closed pole recesses and power cabinets, clean, upright poles without posters, announcements, illegal advertisements and information plates, etc. and metal parts of equipment without corrosion, - notification and obtaining the consent of the owner of the site to perform works related to the repair or replacement of damaged lighting cables, - ongoing cooperation with the Distribution System Operator, hereinafter referred to as the DSO and the Ordering Party in the field of correct operation of electricity metering and settlement systems, - repair and care for the condition of closures of street lighting cabinets, fuse and power boxes, - supervising the performance by external companies of investment or renovation works that are in conflict with the street lighting network being the subject of the contract, switching off, switching on, etc. The settlement for the above-mentioned service will take place between the Contractor and an external company, - discernment of the route of cable wires, lighting supply points at the request of the Ordering Party; - elimination of threats to bystanders, - washing luminaire lampshades at least 1 time per year and when replacing light sources, - cutting branches and branches that are in collision with lighting fixtures along with their disposal, - utilization of worn-out light sources and other dismantled elements of the supported lighting network, - performing periodic inspections, inspections and assessment of the technical condition of lighting devices and installations in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulations, together with the preparation of inspection protocols. By 30 October 2023 The Contractor shall draw up a report on the periodic inspection of the street lighting network, - inspection inspections according to arrangements with the Ordering Party, - restoration of the area (sidewalks, roadways, greenery and lawns) to its previous state after the performance of operational works, - incurring the costs of obtaining all consents and arrangements, - bearing the costs of possible admissions and shutdowns of the power network for the duration of the works and the costs of industry supervision, - delivery of dismantled equipment lighting to their owner, export and disposal of equipment, materials, etc., - bearing the costs of marking and securing activities in the road lane together with the traffic organization project and its approval, - obtaining a conservation permit and archaeological/conservation supervision (if required), - switching on / off lighting at the request of the Ordering Party (city events, etc.), - removal of failures related to the operation of the "CPA net" system (software and hardware).
