The subject of the contract is, among others: — receiving municipal waste mixed or sorted from inhabited and uninhabited properties, providing property owners with the opportunity to rent, lease or other form of disposal of containers for collecting mixed/sorting municipal waste, organisation of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste, in the collective system, organisation of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics artificial, multi-material packaging, glass packaging in individual system,

— organisation of selective collection of biodegradable waste in the individual system, receiving furniture and other bulky waste in an individual system, disposal of municipal waste from sites not intended for storage and storage, receiving construction waste, Handling PSZOKów,

The subject of the contract is the services “Reception of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Zgorzelec”, the scope of which includes in particular:

1) receiving municipal waste mixed or sorted from inhabited and uninhabited properties,

2) equipping property owners with containers for collecting municipal waste,

3) organisation of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste, in the collective system,

4) organization of selective collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging in individual system,

5) organisation of selective collection of biodegradable waste in an individual system,

6) Receiving furniture and other bulky waste in the individual system,

7) disposal of municipal waste from places not intended for storage and storage,

8) the receipt of construction and demolition waste in the individual system,

9) receiving expired medicines from containers located at pharmacies and health centers,

10) operation and organization of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOKów),

11) delivery of all municipal waste received from the Zgorzelec Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Luban,

12) development of schedule for the receipt of municipal waste

13) keeping records related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract.
