In the city area of Nuremberg, the 110 kV SK143 line will be renewed in the coming years. This call for tenders includes part 2 for the year 2022. Services: Supply and fencing of the production site, manufacturing and delivery of floor floor.
The contractor is responsible for setting up and operating a liquid soil mixing plant. An area leased by N-ERIGIE Netz GmbH in Raiffeisenstrasse with a floor area of around 1600 m² is planned as a mixing space, which will be made available to the contractor as deployment space. A mixing plant must be set up on the staging area and the operating area set up.
The required technical equipment consists essentially of:
- Mobile mixing plant
- Mobile screening plant
- Bucket separator/ Claymaster
- Excavators and/or wheel loaders
The starting material for liquid soil production is trench excavation, which is produced in the individual parts of the project. This is picked up by the respective civil engineering contractors and transported to the mixing station/staging area. The contractor must accept the excavated soil and
store in a professional manner (see technical planning for liquid floor point 2.5.5) and

The delivered soil excavation must be checked for deviations from the expected properties (soil assessment) in order, if available, to work out recipe adjustments with the specialist planner and to implement them in the further production process. The delivered excavation must be prepared by the contractor according to specifications and processed into liquid soil in accordance with the recipe specification. Excess quantities and residual materials arising from the processing process through screening are to be carried out by the contractor
dispose of N-ERGIE network in coordination with the client.
Disposal can be done via N-ERGIE Netz GmbH at Durmin, Antwerpener Straße 19, 90451 Nuremberg. Transport is to be organized by the contractor. For acceptance, the contractor will receive a delivery certificate from N-ergie-Netz GmbH for submission to the disposal company.
After completion of all measures, the contractor is responsible for dismantling all plants and restoring the original state of the mixed site (arable land).
