The subject of the order is delivery and assembly:
1.) 306 sets (including three types - size of sets) of solar collector installations with drinking water tanks,
2.) 511 sets (including five types - set sizes) of solar installations,
3.) 50 sets (including five types - size of sets) of biomass boilers.
Order divided into three lots as above.
Requirements apply to all lots:
Required minimum warranty period - warranty - 60 months - in accordance with the ToR.
Settlement: a flat-rate price for the actual number of individual sets.
Date of implementation: from signing the contract to 30/10/2020 .______
Location: in the commune of Sokołów Małopolski.
The order will be implemented as part of the "Umbrella project, renewable energy micro installations in the Sokołów Małopolski Commune" project, co-financed by the ERDF, RPOWP 2014-2020, contract number RPPK.03.01.00-18-0063 / 17-00
1. Delivery and assembly of solar collector installations in Sokołów Małopolski, including:
1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 306 sets of solar collector installations mounted on residential buildings of natural persons, including:
- 109 sets of solar collector installations, each consisting of 2 collectors and a 200 dm3 storage tank,
- 185 sets of solar collector installations, each of which consists of 3 collectors and a 300 dm3 container,
- 12 sets of solar collector installations, each of which consists of 4 collectors and a 400 dm3 tank,
2) disassembly of the existing hot water heater and disconnecting it from the existing installation (the disassembled heater remains at the disposal of the facility owner),
3) installation of a new hot water heater together with a mixing valve and integration into the hot water system circuit,
4) assembly and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and hot water heater,
5) assembly of the pump group,
6) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors and in the tank,
7) connecting an existing heat source to the hot water heater,
8) flushing with solar fluid and carrying out leakage tests of the solar installation,
9) filling, venting and properly adjusting the liquid flow and determining the correct pressure according to the solar collector manufacturer's instructions,
10) finishing at least according to the original state of the installation's vicinity (plaster / insulation, penetration through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against atmospheric conditions of places outside the facility where assembly works were carried out,
11) programming and starting the automation system together with connecting the communication modem to the controller and fixing it to the wall next to the pump group,
12) training the installation user in operating the devices used. Each device should have the Operation and Maintenance Documentation, operating instructions and general installation diagram attached.
13) other elements included in Annex 1a to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2a to the ToR.
14) Estimated value of the order without VAT in lot 1: 667 544.36 €.

1) delivery and assembly based on technical documentation possessed by the Employer 511 sets of photovoltaic installations mounted on residential buildings of natural persons, including:
- 74 sets of solar installations, each with a capacity of min. 2.7 kWp, consisting of max. 10 pcs of solar panels,
- 33 sets of solar installations, each with a capacity of min. 2.97 kWp, consisting of max. 11 pcs of solar panels,
- 163 sets of solar installations, each with a capacity of min. 3.24 kWp, consisting of max. 12 pcs of solar panels,
- 234 sets of solar installations, each with a capacity of min. 3.78 kWp, consisting of max. 14 pcs of solar panels,
- 7 sets of solar installations, each with a capacity of min. 4.32 kWp, consisting of max. 16 pcs of solar panels,
2) mounting the inverter,
3) DC installation,
4) AC installation,
5) electric shock and overvoltage protection,
6) installation of grounding and equipotential bonding,
7) performing tests, tests and commissioning of the solar installation,
8) training users on the principles of proper operation of the solar installation together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,
9) preparation of notification documentation to the electricity supplier,
10) other elements included in Annex 1b to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2b to the ToR.
11) Estimated value of the order without VAT in lot 2: 1 899 611,46 €.

1. Delivery and assembly of biomass boilers in residential buildings in the Sokołów Małopolski commune, including:
1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Employer for 50 biomass boilers (pellets) for heating buildings in residential buildings together with their accessories, including:
- 11 pcs. Boilers with a heating power of min. 10 kW
- 13 boilers with a heating capacity of min. 15 kW
- 14 boilers with a heating capacity of min. 20 kW
- 7 boilers with a heating power of min. 25 kW
- 5 boilers with a heating power of min. 30 kW
2) installation of the flue to the chimney,
3) installing system security,
4) making the boiler connection to the central heating system,
5) connecting the boiler to the domestic hot water system,
6) installation of circulation pumps,
7) installation of the control and regulation system,
8) carrying out tests, tests and start-ups of biomass boiler room installations,
9) restoration to its original condition of all affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or violated as a result of installation assembly,
10) training users on the principles of proper operation of the installed biomass boiler along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,
11) other elements included in Annex 1c to the ToR and the Contract Draft constituting Annex 2c to the ToR.
12) Estimated value of the order without VAT in lot 3: 142 501.80 €.
