Content and scope of the procurement

Lantmäteriet will, on behalf of the Swedish Tax Agency, participate in the preparatory work for the general property assessment for electricity production units (AFT25). Within the framework of this work, lantmäteriet will partly assist the Swedish Tax Agency with expert knowledge in property valuation and partly carry out certain well-defined analyzes.

The purpose of this procurement is to strengthen our own expertise in the valuation of electricity production units and ensure set time frames of the National Land Survey's deliveries to the Swedish Tax Agency (the "Assignment").

In this procurement, lantmäteriet asks for a specialist in the valuation of electricity production units in property assessment ("consultant") who will carry out the Assignment.

The procurement will not be awarded in separate parts as, with reference to the content, scope and execution of the assignment, it would pose an increased risk to completion.
