The contest is for the delivery of White goods small household appliances, framework agreement

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT per year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value including any options and expected price increases: NOK 38,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from 2023-05-12 until and including 2025-05-11. The contract will automatically run for further 2 years unless a notice is given by one of the parties.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
