The subject of this contract is for the planning, preparation, organization and implementation of medical coverage for the needs of Events organized at the premises of PGE Narodowy or / and external areas.

The Employer expects the Contractor to provide medical security services, which means generally coordinated projects that include, in particular, hazard identification, constant and ongoing risk analysis of their occurrence, planning, preparation, organization and implementation of medical security for events organized at PGE National and / or external areas. , and in this:

- preparing documentation prepared in order to obtain from the relevant services positive opinions required by the provisions of applicable law in the field of medical security of the event,

- providing medical assistance, in particular in the form of medical assistance provided at the scene of an accident to persons in a state of emergency health within the meaning of Art. 3 point 8 of the Act on state emergency medical services, during events organized at PGE National and / or external areas, including in particular participants of events, service to PGE Narodowy, media representatives as well as Contractors and players, and other persons participating in individual events,

- transport of injured persons to the PGE National Hospital indicated in the medical security plan meeting the requirements of the reference hospital, in the event of indications for hospitalization or diagnostics in hospital conditions,

- equipping the medical service with the necessary resources under the terms of the contract and equipping the transferred medical assistance points at PGE Narodowy and external areas with medical equipment and medicines, as well as managing medical equipment and medicines at medical assistance points under the terms of the contract and legal provisions,

- keeping medical records and reporting in accordance with the templates agreed by the parties, the content of the medical security plan and relevant legal provisions,

- utilization of medical waste generated during the implementation of medical security no later than 2 hours after the event,

- ensuring the circulation of medicines and medical equipment in accordance with the medical security plan,

- effective reactions of the Contractor's employees in accordance with applicable law and response procedures in cooperation with other services, including object security, information service, order service, police, state fire service.
