The purpose of the present tender is to agree with one supplier a contract for the supply and (technical) maintenance of equipment for the meeting places in the NZa office spaces. In order to enable the foregoing, the supply of equipment must comply with what is described in this procurement guidance, including its annexes.

The NZa is looking for a service provider for:

- Supplying equipment for the purposes of the aforementioned spaces (see attachments) and general information provision.

- Installing, repairing, updating (software) and replacing the equipment.

- Advising and informing the NZa in the field of equipment regarding developments that are going on in the market.
