Delivery of copy paper in the following formats:

- A4 (210 x 297 mm) and

- A3 (297 x 420 mm).

The paper must be able to be used for multifunctional further processing, ie for all common office purposes (copying, scanning, faxing, printing with a laser printer).

The copy paper has to present the following product specifications in the 2 different formats:

- Grammage: 80 g / m 2 ,

- CIE whites: at least 159,

- wood-free,

- at least elemental-chlorine-free bleached (ECF,

- opaque,

- printable on both sides.

Required environmentally relevant product certificates / quality seals:

(1) Proof of sustainable forest management, such as B.

- PEFC certification (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) or

- FSC certification (Forest Stewardship Council) or comparable evidence and

(2) Proof of an environmental certificate, such as B. EU Ecolabel or comparable proof).

The total annual requirement for copy paper is approx. 19,000,000 A4 sheets and 70,000 A3 sheets.

In both cases it is neither the minimum order nor the minimum purchase quantity.

The copy paper in A4 and A3 format is called up as required. Individual requests amount to at least:

- A4 = 100,000 sheets,

- A3 = 2,500 sheets.

The logo paper must be able to be used for multifunctional further processing, ie for all common office purposes (copying, scanning, faxing, printing with an inkjet printer, printing with a laser printer, printing with an offset printing machine, insertable with conventional inserting machines).

The paper must show the following product specifications:

- Format: DIN A4 (210 x 297mm),

- Grammage: 80 g / m 2 ,

- CIE whites: at least 159,

- wood-free,

- Bleached at least elementary-chlorine-free (ECF standard),

- opaque,

- printable on one side.

Required environmentally relevant product certificates / quality seals:

The subject of this framework agreement is the needs-based production (manufacture and printing) of various envelopes with and without windows in various designs according to the service description. The quantities given below represent the expected annual requirement. This is neither the minimum order nor the minimum purchase quantity.
