The subject of the contract will be the services and works for the management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and third party responsible for thermal and hydraulic systems, summer air conditioning, ventilation and all the subsystems connected to them, ancillary works and professional services for the building where the foundation is located, in via Antoniotto Usodimare 31, Rome and all other institutional offices throughout the territory national, for a period of 36 months for as provided for in the performance specifications. The service must be carried out according to the requirements set out in the performance specifications.

Open procedure, within the EU, to be carried out through the Foundation's e-Procurement (Pro-Q) telematics platform, to be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, for the award medical and legal services aimed at carrying out expert investigations and other services preparatory to the provision of permanent disability and invalidity pensions.
