1. The subject of the order is the delivery of marine fuel F-75, in accordance with the quality requirements and a quality clause indicated in the Order Description, which is Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The product offered by the Contractor must be approved for use on vessels of the Navy of the Republic of Poland - in accordance with the quality requirements of No. 3/2014 in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the order is the delivery of F-75 marine fuel in the amount of 1,000,000 kg.
