The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), for the needs of facilities located in the Jabłonna commune and for the needs of the facilities of the Municipal Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o.

1) Electricity will be supplied to the energy consumption points of the Jabłonna Commune, including the budget units of the Jabłonna Municipality (indicated in Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Use - Part A, B, C) and the facilities of the Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o.o. (indicated in Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference - Part D).

2) The amount of energy estimated by the contracting authority during the contract performance period is 4937059.12 kWh,

3) The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services.

4) The contractor must have concluded a contract (valid for the duration of this contract) or a promise

conclusion of the contract (as at the date of entry into force of the electricity sale agreement

The terms and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are included in the Model Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
