4. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.

3. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship
