MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for provision of Accredited Laboratory Analytical and Sampling Services for Tipperary County Council, including but not limited to the following:
• Test and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting only;
• Test, Collection and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting (collection points in County Tipperary are Nenagh Civic Offices, E45A099 and Clonmel Civic Offices, E91N512). Collection vans must meet the requirements of ISO17025 Accreditation.
• Sample, Test, and Report: Analytical Services for sampling, testing and reporting.
• The service scope includes Drinking Water, Waste Water and Fresh ( Surface Water and Groundwater), and Saline, ( Brackish), Waters.
• Sample River water as directed and delivery or drop off to a designated EPA laboratory for analysis ( locations in Kilkenny, Monaghan & Dublin)

• Test, Collection and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting in accordance with the relevant legislation specified; collection points are at defined locations in County TIpperary, namely Nenagh Civic Offices, E45A099 and Clonmel Civic Offices, E91N512. Collection vans must meet the requirements of ISO17025 Accreditation. Reporting must be in accordance with Tipperary County Council's Brief.
