Helse Midt-Norge RHF is one of four regional health authorities in Norway, and is the strategic unit that owns the health trusts in the region. Helse Møre og Romsdal HF is one of the health trusts in the region. Helse Møre og Romsdal is the contracting authority and contract party in the Emergency, Intensive Care, and Surgery project (AIO). The contracting authority has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to take care of the project management, and the procurement will be made by Sykehusbygg on behalf of the contracting authority. The contract will be executed as a turnkey contract with a partnering phase and an expanded cooperation obligation for the execution.
The contest will be executed as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the public procurement rules. The contest is being held for a contractor with the accompanying complete consulting group and architect. In the event that the partnering contract is not continued to the execution phase with the turnkey contractor, the builder reserves the right to keep the consulting group for further execution of the project.
The procurement process will be carried out in the following steps:
1. Prequalification, including the selection of 3-4 tenderers.
2. Tender offers from the selected tenderers and any negotiations.
Interested tenderers are invited to submit requests for participation in the tender contest.
