The Contracting Authority would like to establish three parallel Framework Agreements with companies who can provide architect and engineering design services, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders from qualified tenderers in the competition.

The idea is that the Framework Agreements will cover most of the Contracting Authority's continual need for architect and engineering design services. The Contracting Authority has the right, but is not obliged, to use the Framework Agreement. Os municipality can, thus, hold separate competitions for assignments when appropriate. Some assignments can also be carried out by the Contracting Authority.
