Joint market:

This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of Article 38 of the Law of 15 June 2006.

The Contracting Authorities are:

The SPI and the Co-ownership "VAL BENOIT - Civil Engineering"

The Co-ownership "VAL BENOIT - Génie Civil" entrusts SPI with the monitoring of the execution of the contract as Contracting Authority.

Part A: SPI

Cleaning of the commons, offices, meeting rooms of the Business Space, concierge, conference rooms and creativity.

Part B: Co-ownership

Cleaning of the commons of the condominium

This contract is a global contract for a period of 2 years, starting on the date of written service by SPI of the award of the contract.

On the other hand, in case of sale or transfer of the building, the contract will be stopped with a notice of 3 months without any compensation of any kind whatsoever can be claimed from the Contracting Authority.

Place of provision of the service: 4000 LIEGE, Banning Quay No. 6.
