Description:
RWT-2023/45: Design and implementation of renovation works for housing of the Walloon public authority SLSP OWOB "Öffentlicher Wohnungsbau Ostbelgien" with a view to socio-professional integration, support for SMEs and promotion of EFC.

The contract covers the renovation of 187 dwellings on occupied sites.

Appendix C of the Selection Guide accompanying the Contract Notice contains the description of the work envisaged on the various housing blocks.

For information purposes only, Article II.6 of the Selection Guide mentions the initial estimate of the work per lot, made by

the contracting authority following its preliminary studies.
