The project “I trygge hender 24-7” (“In safe hands 24-7") shall contribute to reducing patient injuries by using goal-oriented measures for the entire health care services. The project has three paramount goals:

— reduce patient injuries,

— establish permanent structures for the safety of patients,

— improve the structure for the safety of patients in the health care service.

This requires assistance for three main areas:

— methodology support,

— strategic development support,

— training programmes.
