Adaptation of non-usable rooms, thermo-modernization, renovation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building at Dolna 10A Street in Gdańsk as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of residential and commercial buildings located in the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk in 2017-2020".

I. The scope of works includes: 1. Demolition and dismantling works. 2. Construction industry. 3. Sanitary installations. 4. Electrical installations. 5. Telecommunication installations. 6. Execution of the energy performance certificate for the building. 7. Execution of the as-built energy audit. II. Annexes to the Terms of Contract Specification describing the subject of the contract are specified in detail in point 3 point 5 SWZ.
