The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one or more economic operators in order to recruit a maximum of 6 auditors regardless of the number of economic operators with whom a framework agreement will be concluded.

The contracting authority reserves the right, without being obliged to do so, to revise this maximum number upwards during the proceedings.

The terms and conditions of the framework agreement form an integral part of the specifications.

In particular, the tasks of the auditors are the result of the annexes attached to the Framework Agreement.

The framework agreement will give rise to the award of subsequent specific tasks without re-competition in accordance with the objective conditions laid down in the framework agreement forming an integral part of this specification. However, the framework agreement does not give any right to the conclusion of such a specific subsequent mission. Subcontracting is not accepted under this contract.
