Framework agreements for passenger transport services by passenger car and/or minibus within Stor Elvdal, Rendalen, Alvdal, Folldal, Tynset, Tolga and Os municipalities in Hedmark, as well as trips in and out of these municipalities. This includes, amongst other things, school transport, ordered/service/flex routes and other call-off managed transport, including municipal transport assignments.

Parallel framework agreements can be signed with several service providers. The framework agreements' total value is calculated to 8 000 000 - 10 000 000 NOK per annum and they will run for 1.5 years from 1.1.2014 with further options.
