General planning services for the new construction of a district garage in Bochum Ostpark, Feldmark district.
The client NRW.URBAN GmbH intends - in trust for the city of Bochum - to build a new neighborhood garage for the Feldmark residential area.
The city of Bochum intends to develop 2 new residential locations under the project title "OSTPARK - New Living" in the coming years. For the Feldmark district, the city of Bochum has developed a mobility concept for the implementation of a car-optional district (template no. 20192331). A central component of the concept is a district garage, which contains a significant proportion of the required private and public parking spaces. In addition, further functions are to be accommodated within the district garage, which will serve the implementation of the mobility concept and thus the successful and sustainable development of the district.

- Consulting services for building physics, Section 1.2.2. according to Annex 1 HOAI,
- Geotechnical consulting services, Section 1.3.3 acc. Annex 1 HOAI,
- Consulting services for building surveying, Section 1.4.7 in accordance with Annex 1 HOAI,

The described service profiles are to be awarded, whereby a step-by-step commissioning is planned. The preliminary draft planning for the building and interior spaces has already been developed and is part of the tender documents.
