The primary goal is to activate refugees in terms of their profiling, to qualify them in terms of language and thus to introduce them to the training and employment market.

The aim is to give the refugees orientation in the German training and employment system, to provide them with sufficient knowledge of access routes, the structure and functioning of the German training and employment market so that they can make their own career choices.

The activation and stabilization is supplemented by intensive socio-educational support.
