Street cleaning service for the municipality of Sant Celoni, including the selective collection of waste from the weekly market.

By executing this contract, it is intended to satisfy the need to provide the proper competences and the minimum mandatory services provided for in articles 25.2.b) and 26.1.a) and b) of Law 7/1985, regulating the bases of the local regime , in order to guarantee and satisfy the needs of the Sant Celoni population to whom the services to be contracted are directed, the provision of which is mandatory for the municipalities.

By hiring a company dedicated to street cleaning tasks, the needs of the population of Sant Celoni to whom the services to be hired are guaranteed and met.

Given that the City Council does not have its own material and personal means to cover the needs that are to be met through these services, described in chapters 1, 2 and 3 of the Technical Specification, it is considered that the best way to provide them is to draw on the experience and organization of a company specialized in the sector, as has been done in recent years with a very favorable evaluation.
