3. Mogielnicka 22, in the appraisal report, the value of the easement right in a non-residential premises with a central heating node, located in the basement storey, should be determined. The easement will be established for an indefinite period, consisting in the right to use to the necessary extent the business premises, intended for separation as an independent premises in which measuring devices belonging to the Housing Community are installed for the benefit of each property owner, and in particular consisting in the right to maintain the installed measuring devices and access to them, remove failures, make repairs, performing operational activities, including modernization, maintenance, inspection and inspections, replacement, repairs and almost passing through the premises in order to take readings of measuring devices.
