The subject of the contract is the delivery of two 4x4 type C container ambulances for the needs of the medical rescue team of the Bielsko Ambulance Service. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to this specification.

3. The Contractor shall ensure that the vehicles supplied are:
a) brand new, fully functional, without defects, not demonstrative, not subject to exposure,
b) their standard of installation includes at least medical bodies, main stretchers together with transport of stretchers,
c) were produced not earlier than in 2023,
d) the medical development was made not earlier than in 2023, and the Contractor has documents allowing the marketing and use of medical equipment of the building, in accordance with the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended),
(e) ready for use.
4. Purchased vehicles must meet m.in the following requirements:
a) the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Law";
b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended);
c) Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 January 2023 on the designation of the State Medical Rescue system and requirements for uniforms of members of medical rescue teams (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 118) applicable to ambulances C;
d) standards: PN-EN 1789+A2 or replacing it for a vehicle "or equivalent" and PN-EN 1865 or replacing it "or equivalent" for equipment for transporting patients - main stretcher and stretcher carrier, including attachment;
e) have a valid ambulance approval certificate or an individual EC type approval or a unit approval issued by the Transport Director of Technical Supervision of the offered completed vehicle (for a car with body), issued in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act;
f) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 August 2022 on the detailed activities of authorities in matters related to the admission of a vehicle to traffic and templates of documents in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1849);
g) meet the conditions set out in EU legislation, with particular emphasis on environmental legislation, i.e. carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption.
5. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery of cars, indicated in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to these specifications, because the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in the manner specified in these draft provisions of the contract.
6. For the vehicles delivered, the Contractor must provide a guarantee in the following scope:
(a) per base vehicle: min. 24-month warranty – no mileage limit;
(b) for medical development: min. 24-month warranty;
c) lacquer coating: min. 24-month warranty;
(d) for body perforation: min. 72-month warranty;
e) for medical equipment: min. 24-month warranty;
f) on the stretcher: min. 24-month warranty.
