The Tatenberg Bridge Bw. No. 503 in the district of Hamburg-Bergedorf needs to be completely repaired. For the demolition and replacement of the bridge, a temporary bypass is required to guide traffic and the lines that have so far run under the bridge.
The construction project is divided into four lots.
- Lot 1: Tree felling and clearing operations
- Lot 2: Explosive ordnance and foundation probing
- Lot 3: Temporary bypass (temporary bridge + access ramps) including road construction work and traffic routing, construction, maintenance and expansion of the temporary bridge, traffic safety of the temporary bypass
- Lot 4: Demolition, new construction of Tatenberg Bridge, dismantling of access ramps including traffic routing for dismantling, restoration of green spaces
Lot 3 is the subject of this tender and includes the construction of the temporary bypass for the Tatenberg Bridge, including the preparation of the necessary implementation documents.
The access ramps are to be constructed as a reinforced concrete roadway on a sheet pile foundation. The single-span temporary bridge shall be based on bored piles. The temporary bypass is to be built to the east, parallel to the existing Tatenberg Bridge.
After completion of the temporary bypass, traffic is to be diverted to the temporary bypass. The contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the temporary bypass over the entire period of use. The excavation / dismantling of the temporary bridge is also the subject of this tender.
