Management and operation of television services at the Vital Álvarez Buylla Hospital in Mieres.

The scope of the contract shall include, at a minimum, the performance of the following services that are developed in the Technical Specifications (hereinafter PPT), mandatory:

— provision, installation, commissioning and comprehensive maintenance of the equipment necessary for the television service in the rooms of the hospitalization units with a professional-class room television equipment operated at a fee by users. The refurbishment of the facilities as well as the installation of equipment will be carried out in order to achieve maximum levels of functionality, achieving an aesthetic integrated with that of the hospital itself,

— provision, installation, commissioning and comprehensive maintenance of professional television equipment in public areas, waiting rooms and other facilities in free and free operation,

— all elements and accessories necessary for the proper operation of the service shall be included,

— the contractor shall provide all material elements and labor required for the installation, certification and documentation of all necessary elements for the proper operation of the service. This will be done in such a way as to affect patients and users of the hospital as little as possible,

— maintenance, repair and, where appropriate, replacement of any equipment provided by the contractor in order to ensure the provision of services at all times,

— provision, installation and commissioning of the equipment necessary for the management of the charging of the service, including all necessary software, as well as the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance,

— management and operation of the service to its full extent, including promotion, management of the collection of the service and service to the user,

— control and management of access to the system by users, as well as the attention and information to users,

— commitment to system-wide technological renewal, which is the subject of this recruitment,

— execution of minor works necessary for the installation of the equipment, repairing the damage or damage caused for this purpose,

— agile and adequate attention to user requests. Complaint sheets will be available to users provided by the incident management service.
