Framework agreement for the purchase of COVID-19 antigen self-tests

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract for the purchase and delivery of COVID-19 antigen self-tests (according to the service description).

The framework agreement has a term of 12 months after the award of the contract. It is extended for a further year, up to a maximum term of 24 months, unless it is terminated 3 months before expiry.

The client has an estimated annual requirement of 647,400 pieces of COVID-19 antigen self-tests (12,450 pieces/week).

Due to the dynamic developments in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the client cannot guarantee a minimum order quantity.
