1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of a digital mammography system for the needs of the Health Care Team in Skarżysko – Kamienna.

2. The subject of the contract shall include in particular:

1) digital mammograph with tomosynthesis, 3D mammography and biopsy and technician / operator station,

2) a set of phantoms for performing basic tests, UPS emergency power supply, design of fixed (radiological) shields, basic, receiving and specialized tests,

3) integration and configuration with the INFINITT PACS system and digital mammography system and descriptive station,

4) application for doses for a digital mammography system – module with a report to KCOR (connection to diagnostic devices, integration and DICOM license for the INFINITT PACS system).

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the specification of quality requirements is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
