The consultation is made up of 2 parts which will give rise to 2 contracts with one and the same contractor:

- component A for the needs of the Société du Grand Paris: the creation of support and customer systems for line 18 of the Grand Paris Express metro also including a maintenance part of the security systems and on-board systems,

- component B for the needs of the RATP — GI (Infrastructure Manager): maintenance of the RMS systems, cybersecurity event collector, central servers, and of the central telephony / intercom application for line 18 of the Grand metro Paris Express.

For component A, this is a market composed of a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches, at mixed prices (with fixed prices and unit prices): purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum set at EUR 50,000,000 for studies, possible developments, supplies, installations, tests, training, commissioning and maintenance. For component B, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and no maximum for hardware and software maintenance services.
