Municipalities of Kamień, Municipalities store on their own.2) the service of management and comprehensive operation of the system. The contractor whose bid is considered the most advantageous will be obliged to lodge a performance bond in the amount of 2% of the gross price of the offer

The subject of the contract is determined: Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, Detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the PPU. The Contractor is obliged to ensure, from 1 January 2022, at least 10% of the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task being the subject of the contract, in accordance with Article 68 paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110 from deaths). Economic operators may jointly apply for the award of a contract. In such a case, the Contractors shall appoint a representative to represent them in the procurement procedure or to represent them in the procedure and conclude a public procurement contract. The power of attorney should be attached to the offer in electronic form. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor.The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that in the case of entrusting part of the contract to Subcontractors, the Contractor indicates in the offer the parts of the contract whose performance it intends to entrust to Subcontractors and provide (if it is known at this stage) the names (company) of these Subcontractors.
