Open procedure for the award of the management of educational services for children for the municipalities of Baiso, Rubiera, Scandiano and Viano - period August 2023 / August 2026 - with option of renewal for three years and possibility of extension for one educational year

Educational planning and complete management of the nursery "Il Castello Incantato" of the Municipality of Baiso by the contractor, hereinafter simply entrusted with the educational services whose typology is provided for by the Regional Council Resolution No. 1564 of 16/10/2017 concerning " DIRECTIVE ON STRUCTURAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND RELATED PROCEDURAL RULES. REGULATION OF RECREATIONAL SERVICES AND CONCILIATION INITIATIVES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL LAW 19/2016"

The contract has as its object the management of the following services located within the structure located in via Ariosto n. 7 in Rubiera, called Pinco Pallino Kids and composed of:

A) CRÈCHE: a full-time nursery section, with a maximum capacity of 24 places, for children aged between 24 and 36 months. For organizational reasons, the number of children that can be accepted and the age may change during the duration of the contract.

B) KINDERGARTEN: two sections of full-time kindergarten, normally with 25 places each, hosting children aged 3 to 6 years.

C) EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR DISABLED CHILDREN: educational support service for children with disabilities attending the Pinco Pallino nursery and kindergarten. The hours of the service will vary depending on the children present annually in the services and the daily frequencies.

Management of the following services located within the educational structure called Blue Tree:

(A) TWO FULL-TIME CRÈCHE SECTIONS, NORMALLY WITH A CAPACITY OF:

small section with 15 / 16 seats, for children aged between 8-9 months and 13 months medium section – large with 21 / 22 seats, for children aged 14 months and over For organizational needs the number of children that can be accepted and the age may change during the duration of the contract.

B) EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND CLEANING SERVICE AT THE NURSERY AND KINDERGARTEN:

educational and cleaning support for four nursery sections, one part-time and three full-time, with children aged 8 to 36 months

educational and cleaning support for three sections of the full-time kindergarten, usually with 25 places each, hosting children aged 3 to 6 years.

educational and cleaning support during and at the end of the extended time service, from Monday to Friday at the premises of the nursery and kindergarten;

C) EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR DISABLED CHILDREN attending the nursery and kindergarten "Albero Azzurro". The hours of the service will vary depending on the children present annually in the services and the daily frequencies.

D) EXTENDED TIME SERVICE at the nursery and kindergarten "Albero Azzurro", located respectively in via Prampolini n. 22 in Rubiera (RE), operating in the afternoon from 15.45 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday, hosting children who have completed the 12th month of age.

Design and implementation of the complete management of the Girasole nursery. Maximum capacity is 60 seats (15% elevation)

Design and implementation of the complete management of the nursery of Iano. The maximum capacity is 20 child seats (15% elevation)

The contract shall have as its object:

a) the design and implementation of the complete management of the Kaleidos nursery. The service covered by the contract provides for the maximum acceptance of the registrations of 17 girls / s, the maximum capacity provided for the structure is 22 child seats. "Complete management" means the management of the service (including the services of supply and preparation of meals and snacks of the Nursery and the State Kindergarten) including the staff of general services, the supply of consumables and cleaning, the preparation and distribution of meals and ancillary activities, the supply of teaching material necessary for the activity and other ancillary and functional activities for the good performance of the service.

b) the organization and management of the Children and Families Center, to be activated with a minimum number of 7 children and up to a maximum of 15 children, aimed at children accompanied by a reference adult, or alternatively other experimental activity aimed at children aged between 12 months and 32 months on September 1 of each school year. This service is offered for one day a week, from 16.15 to 18.15. It is an educational opportunity to meet and socialize proposed to girls and boys who do not attend other childcare services, to be enjoyed together with reference adults (moms, dads, grandparents or baby-sitters).

c) the organization of the Summer Time, to be activated, in July, in part-time mode, with a minimum number of 7 children and up to a maximum of 17 children, aimed at users of the service already users of the municipal nursery. This service has as its main objective to be in support of the family. It is therefore a service with a strong social connotation firmly intertwined with the educational one. This service is characterized by the prevalent realization of recreational / recreational activities and is carried out in educational continuity with the municipal nursery according to the characteristics indicated by Regional Law 19/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as by the Regional Directive 1564/2017 and subsequent amendments and additions for nurseries.
