NHS England are looking to procure the services of a Clinical Waste Contractor to service NHS England's Commissioned General Practitioner's and Pharmacies, for which NHS England have the obligation to pay for the Clinical Waste collection services. This applies to the London region only. It is intended that NHS England will source only one provider, however this is dependent on the capability of providers to service pan-London. NHS England reserves the right to source one or more providers to ensure continuity of service delivery across London.

- Please note that this contract is a 36 month contract with the option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods, making a maximum of 60 month contract.
