The subject of this tender is the procurement of 200 camera systems according to the specifications.

At the full-time weather stations, data from meteorological parameters are collected automatically and continuously with the help of a large number of measuring devices. A full-time weather station consists of a measuring field, usually around 25 x 25 m in size, on which measuring instruments for the following synoptic parameters are currently located:

Air pressure, air temperature, humidity, soil temperatures, precipitation (type, quantity, duration) Snow depth, visibility, sunshine duration, wind speed and direction as well as cloud height.

Due to the elimination of station staff previously located on site, an immediate assessment of the causes of disruption is no longer possible. By attaching camera systems to the ground measuring stations, a visual control option is to be created via remote access.

This measure is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a term of three years for 200 camera systems (182 full-time weather stations + 18 rebreathing/replacement devices) after a test in the award procedure.
