The state capital of Dresden intends to convert and modernize the day care center Bischofsweg 17 a in 01097 Dresden.

- Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 5.405 million gross (excl. KG 600),

- Building costs (KG 300 + 400): approx.4.042 million EUR gross.

The client (AG) intends to carry out the service phases (Lph) 2 to 9 of the property planning for buildings and interiors according to HOAI § 34 ff. I. V. m. Annex 10 to be commissioned. The order is placed in stages. At the end of the negotiation process, service phase 2 is contractually commissioned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been rendered. Service phase 8 is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
