The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social, private and affordable housing and be used by all members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

The Integrated Design Team will consist of the following services: Architect, Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Planning Consultant and Principle Designer.
