The purpose is to procure a system that handles the entire value chain within the child welfare service. The software will handle all communication and case management between the parties in a case.

The aim of the procurement is to get:

- Facilitated for digital interaction with the users in secure channels.

- Optimised, coordinated and simplified administration of child welfare services

- Has a separate archive core or integration with Documaster

- Efficient work through the most modern system that we believe will provide the best user dialogue.

- Simplifies work tasks by reusing data, among other things.

- Children are registered once during the procedure. Registration of the child's name etc. must be retrieved from DSF. It must also be possible to

register them manually.

- A system that meets all requirements and laws for archiving of all types of documents regardless of the degree of sensitivity.
