This notice concerns a framework agreement in accordance with Articles L. 2325-1-1º and R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the French Public Order Code. The purpose of this framework agreement is "Asbestos removal from the floating dock of the French Navy in Papeete and associated services" and entails the awarding of its subsequent contract for services. It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publicity in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

The resulting contract forms the basis of the subject of the framework agreement and may be carried out as follows:

- pursuant to Article R. 2362-7 of the Public Procurement Code, the resulting contract will specify the characteristics and procedures for the performance of the services requested which have not been laid down in the framework agreement and which will be carried out either as part of a firm part or by means of purchase orders,

- pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the subsequent contract with significant technical risks will include a provisional part for orders for supplies or services.
