1) The subject of the contract is the maintenance of playgrounds located in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw in the years 2023-2024, with a detailed description of the subject of the contract specified by:
Description and technical standards of performance of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;
The proposed provisions of the agreement together with the annexes constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ;
Price form constituting Annex 9 to SWZ
2) Obligations arising from the social clause
1. The contracting authority shall apply the social clause in the proceedings in question pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law

3) SIMILAR ORDERS:
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law with a total net value of up to PLN 397,000.00 consisting in: maintenance of playgrounds located in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw. The contract will be awarded provided that the Ordering Party has the necessary financial resources and will be implemented on the basis of the basic agreement.
