the Haute-Garonne Family Allowance Fund is launching a consultation for the execution of the cleaning services of the 9 sites it occupies. This contract is the subject of a takeover of staff. It is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum but with a maximum fixed at 1,100,000 euros (s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract (renewal included) .This maximum includes the flat rate of recurring services of the current housing stock (cleaning of premises and provision of sanitary consumables), one-off orders, as well as the possible addition of site or service in progress. This contract takes effect on the date of receipt of the letter of agreement addressed to the Holder, materialized by the date and signature of the postal receipt. The start of implementation is fixed on 1 April 2022 for a period of twelve (12) months, tacitly renewable three (3) times, within the limit of a total duration of forty-eight (48) months
