The work to be designed and produced concerns the entire site and consists of:

- to rehabilitate boarding schools for girls and boys on the R + 1 and R + 2 of building 11 (renovation of the rooms, restructuring of the sanitary facilities / showers, renovation of circulation, renovation of the computer room and TV space, smoke and SSI adaptation, etc.),

- set up a sheltered queue to access the self,

- improve the energy performance of all buildings (replacement of exterior joinery, insulation of the attic of buildings 10 and 11), compliance with permanent ventilation, replacement of doors, improvement of regulation),

- redo the roof of the restaurant.

The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to EUR 3,900,000 excluding tax.

The successful tenderer will be entrusted with a basic mission (including SSI mission) supplemented by the inventory of fixtures with statement of existing (partial DIAG) and quantitative measurements (partial EXE), and additional follow-up assistance missions energy and energy saving certificates.

As a forecast, the project management mission should start on 1.9.2020.
