The tender concerns turnkey contracts for a new seawater heat pump building for seawater heat pump systems in Norbis Park, Aalborg. The project includes a new seawater heat pump building for a seawater heat pump plant with a ground area of approx. 3300 m², consisting of a high machine hall for heat pumps and a lower side building in 2 floors for electricity systems and district heating systems etc., a transformer yard and intermediate building for existing electric boiler building and also seawater pipes and connection to existing sea water channel systems. The contract is one of several agreements concerning Aalborg Utility's seawater heat pump project, which is primarily divided into a heat pump contract and a building and construction contract. The tender for the present works contract shall be conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 47 of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU).

Re items II.1.5) and II.2.6) Estimated value: The contract value is given including the option to extend the building referred to in point II.2.11.

Re point II.2.7) Duration of the contract: The duration of the contract is expected to be 18 months between 1 March 2024 and 1 September 2025. Time associated with the option to purchase a building is not included in the period.

Re the tender procedure: Aalborg Forsyning expects to hold one round of negotiations. However, Aalborg Utility reserves the right to hold further rounds of negotiations if it proves necessary or appropriate. Aalborg Forsyning also reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without conducting negotiations.
