The purpose of this contract is to provide support and expertise in terms of engineering, technical and logistical organization of events to accompany the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training (DGEFP) in the elaboration and the conduct of events enabling it to fulfill its tasks of managing and coordinating authority of the ESF and the YEI.

The expected mission is to provide support and expertise in terms of engineering, technical and logistical organization of events to accompany the DGEFP in the development and conduct of events allowing it to carry out its missions of authority management and coordination of the ESF and YEI. In order to assist the DGEFP in the optimization of communication within the network, the holder will be asked for 2 main types of services:

- advise and assist the DGEFP in the organization and deployment of the events (workshops, work meetings and seminar / conference),

- bring expertise and be proactive in the organization of events. This market is composed of 3 missions:

- mission 1: support for the preparation and organization of meetings or seminars covering a general assistance function,

- mission 2: advice and recommendations of animation in terms of internal or external communication engineering and definition of the modalities (physical and intangible) of implementation,

- mission 3: specific services of animation of internal and institutional communication covering needs of events and mobilizing new pedagogical tools and adhesion in connection with the meetings / seminars.
