1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning and on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) with a total estimated rounded volume of 8.8374 GWh for voivodship organizational units listed in the list which constitutes Annexes 11 and 12 to the Terms of Reference.

2. Deliveries will take place on the terms set out in the draft agreement constituting Annex 7 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The current number of electricity metering systems – 140 pcs.

4. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is included in Annex 11 to the SWZ.

5. Total contractual capacity for electricity consumption points – 2.2455 MW (rounded).
