The agreement consists of the cleaning and glass washing of Het Huis van Waalre, supplemented with tasks in line with this service: replenishing consumables in the sanitary rooms; remedying minor disruptions in the sanitary aids. The agreement commences on 1.1.2021, has a term of four years with two options for extension for a period of one year.

- replenishing consumables in the washroom,

- remedying minor disturbances in the sanitary aids.

The assignment relates to the municipal building, “Het Huis van Waalre”, located at Kon. Julianalaan 19 in Waalre.

The agreement is entered into for a period of four (4) years with two optional two-sided extensions of one (1) year to a maximum of six years. The starting date of the agreement is 1.1.2021.
