This consultation concerns the servicing of the Quai de Petit Couronne (QPC) site and the ecological compensation associated with the project. The work under the contract focuses on the servicing of future plots and on the creation of an ecological zone comprising a knot and a hake on an area of 2.07 ha comprising 1,500 m2 of wetlands that captures the surface. The service of the plots is made possible by the construction of a heavy road of 1,500 ml. Electrical services, EPA, telecommunications and runoff management are also part of this work.

The main work to be carried out are for batch 1:

— the earthworks necessary for the construction of the roadway, ecological knob, hake and trenches for the establishment of networks;

— the implementation of runoff management systems (shut-off valves, oil deoilers, pipelines, check valves, etc.);

— the realization of bituminous layers adapted to a traffic of 400 pl/d/direction.

The main work to be carried out are for batch 2:

— the electrical distribution of all the plots,

— the distribution and installation of lighting of service lines.

The main work to be carried out are for lot 3:

— the supply and installation of the drinking water distribution network in the trenches carried out by lot 1 until the entrance to each parcel.
