The project concerns the redevelopment of the passage of Heers N3 between kilometer points 71.22 and 72.02, roughly between the connections Paardskerkhofstraat and the intersection with the Salvialaan.

Linked to the road works, sewerage works are also being carried out that involve the construction of an RWA and a DWA system, as well as the construction of buffer basins.

The Flemish Region (AWV) wishes to carry out the following works:

• Construction of free-lying cycle paths

• Complete renewal of the roadway and connecting parking zones, entrances, green verges (softening)

• Construction of RWA strands and buffer basins according to distribution key (Local Pact 5)

Aquafin wishes to carry out the following works:

• - Construction of DWA strands (Local Pact 5)
