Three-year maintenance services for urban green areas of the municipality of Assemini. The contract is predominantly by hand and partly to measure. The total three-year amount of services included in the contract, compensated by body and measure, amounts to EUR 1 693 500,00 plus VAT, including security charges arising from interference risks equal to 24 900.00 EUR. The contract provides for extracanone interventions for extraordinary maintenance in the three-year period of EUR 36 000,00, including security charges and legal VAT. The minimum environmental criteria (CAM) set out in Annex 1 of D.M. n. 63 of 10.3.2020 issued by MATTM, published on 4.4.2020, have been taken into account.
